This competition is conducted by T.C Boxes Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 78 646 286 615, ACN: 646 286 615), located at 209/211 Greenhills Rd, Pakenham VIC 3810. The competition is designed to promote TCX Trays, Canopies, and Toolboxes.

Promotion Period

• Start Date: 9:00am AEST on 31/01/2025 until 4:30pm AEST on 31/03/2025.
• For ACT Entrants: Starts at 9:00am AEST on 05/02/2025, with the same closing date.
• For SA Entrants: Starts at 9:00am AEST on 07/02/2025, with the same closing date.

 

How to Enter

To enter the competition:

1. Purchase a TCX Tray, Canopy, or Toolbox during the promotion period.
2. At the time of purchase, the entrant’s first name, last name, email address, and phone number will be recorded and entered into the draw.

Who Can Enter

Entry is open to anyone over 18 years of age.

Prizes

• Five (5) winners will receive a Kincrome EVOLUTION Chest Tool Kit (172 Piece, 7 Drawer) valued at approximately $2,000 each.
• Total Prize Pool: $10,000.
• Prize includes freight costs if the winner chooses to have it shipped.
• Prize not redeemable for cash.
• Prizes will be delivered to the winners' nominated addresses.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Draw Date: 10:00am AEST on 07/04/2025 at T.C Boxes Head Office, 209/211 Greenhills Rd, Pakenham VIC 3810.
• Winners will be announced on social media at 6:00pm AEST on 07/04/2025.
• Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.
• The winners' first initial, last name, and postcode will be published on T.C Boxes Facebook and Instagram pages.
• Winners have 14 days to respond, acknowledge they have been contacted, and provide their postal address.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

• If a prize is unclaimed within 14 days, a redraw will be conducted.
• Redraw Date: 10:00am AEST on 21/04/2025 at 209/211 Greenhills Rd, Pakenham VIC 3810.

Cancellation Clause

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
