Manufactured from the highest quality materials, our durable tray sides are a must-have addition to add versatility to any tray, canopy or toolbox setup. The T.C Tray Sides come equipped with stainless steel scuff protectors as standard, and are available in a wide range of sizes.
To ensure a seamless fit, all our T.C Tray Sides feature a consistent tailgate width across the rear to perfectly fit our 1775mm wide tray bed. To select the perfect size, simply measure the distance from the back of your Headboard, Toolbox or Canopy to the rear of your tray, then select the appropriate option in 'sizes'. It's as simple as that!

Is there any difference between Pre-Ordered products and Buy Now products?
Absolutely not, they are identical in every way except Buy Now products are shipped within 2 days.
Please note that all orders are sent in a single shipment.
If you order a Pre-Order item AND a Buy Now item, the full order will be dispatched when the last item is ready for delivery.
Please let us know if you would like your order dispatched in multiple shipments – we will determine the revised shipping cost for you.
Please note with Pre-Ordering we are only able to advise the expected Consignment Date into Australia. The date the goods arrive at our warehouse for dispatch to you is dependent on many factors. If you require delivery by a specific date please inform us in the delivery instructions and we will try our best to meet that date.

T.C Boxes can deliver these products nationwide, however due to their size and weight, they can only be delivered to either a business address in an industrial area that has a forklift on site or to one of our freight partners’ depots for you to collect from. A map showing depot collections can be found here (please note that farms rural properties and residential are not classified as business addresses).
As with all deliveries, please always check products for damage before receiving. If there is any damage, please reject delivery and advise us in writing by emailing order details and description of damage to Enquiries@tcboxes.com.au
Cartons/Packages
T.C Boxes can deliver these products nationwide to any residential or business address, however we currently are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Certain rural areas may not be serviced by our freight partners and may require collection from the nearest depot. As standard, we advise that if a delivery is unable to be completed, collection from the nearest depot will be required.
If you are happy for the delivery to be left in a safe place, please advise with authority to leave. As with all deliveries, please always check products for damage before receiving. If there is any damage, please reject delivery and advise us in writing by emailing order details and description of damage to Enquiries@tcboxes.com.au

Do we custom make, or alter our boxes?
We do not custom make any toolboxes or canopies and we do not make any custom alterations to our toolboxes or canopies.
Are the boxes powder-coated or painted?
Our Toolboxes and Canopies are powder-coated in UV Stabilised Powder Coat – The two colours are Black Scylla and Horizon White Scylla
How do you fix boxes to the tray?
We always recommend using 4 x M10 Bolts with a minimum 37mm washer to ensure the weight distribution is spread evenly over a greater portion of the material. For our canopies we only recommend bolting the canopies to trays.
Do you install?
Yes, we offer installation on all our products, Installation quotes are done on a case-by-case basis and will depend on the tray and products.
Do you have a store near me?
We have three stores around the country. Our showrooms are located in Pakenham, Bundamba and Marsden Park. We also proudly have a range of our products stocked by Autospec 4x4 in Perth. To find out the exact location of our stores, click the link and head to our store locater.
